Double-head octagonal mixing machine

This equipment is a double-headed octagonal seasoning coating mixer, a core station in snack production. Made of food-grade stainless steel, its dual octagonal rotating drums ensure snacks (like puffed foods, nuts, or fried treats) are evenly coated with seasonings, spices, or flavorings. The rotating motion inside the drums creates a gentle tumbling effect, preventing clumping and guaranteeing uniform flavor distribution across every piece. The attached conveyor collects and transports the seasoned snacks to the next production stage with high efficiency.

Lace elevator

This is a food-grade inclined cleated belt conveyor, designed to safely elevate bulk snack materials between different production levels. It features a stainless steel frame and a blue, food-safe PU belt with cleats (raised barriers) that prevent small, round, or loose snacks from sliding back during transport. The hopper-style feed end accepts incoming materials, while the angled belt lifts them to a higher processing station (such as packaging, sorting, or coating equipment) smoothly and continuously, supporting steady production flow.

Automatic powder spreading device
