Product Operate Guide
1. Once the water temperature meets the standard, turn on the switch of the conveying belt and confirm that the belt is running smoothly with normal speed, without deviation or jamming.
2. Place the products to be sterilized (which are well-packaged, without surface damage or stains) evenly on the conveying belt at the feeding end. Avoid excessive accumulation and overlapping of the products, and ensure that each product is evenly covered by the sprayed water; for bottled products, they should be placed upright to prevent tipping over.
3. The product is conveyed along the conveyor belt into the sterilization chamber. It undergoes sterilization under high-pressure spraying and constant-temperature conditions. The sterilization time can be controlled by adjusting the conveying speed (generally 1 to 10 minutes, which can be adjusted according to the product type and sterilization requirements).
4. After the sterilization process is completed, the product is automatically conveyed along the conveyor belt to the discharge end. The staff can then remove the sterilized product and send it to subsequent cooling, drying, packaging and other processes. If the equipment is equipped with a cooling function, the cooling switch can be directly activated to achieve integrated sterilization and cooling treatment.
5. During operation, constantly monitor the equipment's operating status, check whether the water temperature and spray pressure are stable, and whether the mesh belt is running normally. If any abnormalities occur, promptly adjust the parameters or stop the machine for inspection; at the same time, regularly replenish the water in the water tank to ensure the water level is normal.
