Product Operate Guide
I. Preparations before startup
Check if the body, power cord, and plug are in good condition. Place it in a stable and ventilated area.
Open the slot cover, add edible oil up to the oil level line. Do not dry-burn.
Confirm that the frying pan and slot are clean and free of debris.
II. Startup and temperature control
Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
Adjust the temperature control knob and set the temperature according to the ingredients (generally 160°C – 180°C).
Wait for the heating indicator light to go out and the oil temperature to reach the set temperature before adding the ingredients to the pan.
III. Frying operation
Place the ingredients in the frying pan and gently drop them into the oil to avoid oil splashing.
The double slot can be independently controlled for temperature and fried simultaneously. Different ingredients will not affect each other in flavor.
After frying is complete, lift the frying pan to drain the oil and then remove the food.
IV. Shutdown and cleaning
First turn off the temperature control, then turn off the power supply. Wait for the oil temperature to completely cool down before handling.
Open the bottom oil discharge valve to drain the waste oil. Clean the slot and frying pan with warm water and a neutral cleaner.
Dry the body and keep it dry and ventilated for storage.
V. Safety precautions
Do not directly pour water-containing ingredients into hot oil.
Do not touch the heating area during operation. Children must not approach.
If there is an abnormal situation, immediately cut off the power supply. Do not attempt to disassemble the machine by yourself.
