Jacketed kettles are widely used in the food processing industry. Specifically, they are used for processing hot pot base, chili sauce, red oil, jelly, candy, lotus seed paste, red bean paste, jam, pastries, beverages, preserved fruits, canned goods, fruit puree, bean paste, jujube paste, sauces, curry, and other foods. This equipment is also used in the cosmetics industry for producing creams, lotions, lipsticks, shampoos, serums, and other products. Furthermore, jacketed kettles are suitable for large hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, and various canteens for cooking porridge, soup, dumplings, stir-frying vegetables, and stewing meat.
Product Structure：
1. This equipment is a series product, mainly composed of a pot body, jacket, tilting mechanism, stirring system, and frame.
The equipment mainly consists of a pot body, jacket, transmission/tilting system, stirring system (optional), heating system, electrical control system, and other auxiliary components.
2. The pot body is welded from inner and outer pot bodies. Both inner and outer pot bodies are made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel, welded according to GB150-1998 using a full-penetration weld structure.
The pot body has a double-jacketed structure, with electric heating tubes installed inside the jacket. The pot body is indirectly and evenly heated by heating heat transfer oil. The jacket is equipped with an oil filler port, overflow port, and drain port. The heating temperature is detected by a PT100 temperature sensor installed inside the jacket and fed back to the electrical control system.
3. The tilting pot section consists of a worm gear, worm shaft, handwheel, and bearing seats.
This section uses a handwheel-driven worm gear mechanism to rotate the pot body around its axis, allowing for a maximum tilt of approximately 90° for easy material unloading.
4. The tilting frame consists of an oil cup, bearing housing, and support frame.
The electrical control system is integrated into the control box, used to control heating on/off, set and display temperatures, and can group and control multiple heating elements. It is equipped with safety protection devices. The stirring system is optional, including a motor-driven stirring shaft and anchor-type or paddle-type stirring blades; some models are equipped with a high-speed emulsifier. Other components include support legs and a pot lid.
