Two types are available for selection, meeting diverse needs: There are two types of machines: the tilting type and the fixed type. The tilting type double-shell pot can be tilted by hand or electrically to facilitate material discharge, avoiding waste and damage to the pot caused by manual scraping. The fixed type double-shell pot is suitable for fixed workstation operations, paired with an outlet, suitable for production line linkage, and both types can be customized in size and capacity according to customer requirements.

Product Operate Guide
1. Turn on the heating switch (for electric heating models) or adjust the steam pressure (for steam heating models), start heating, and simultaneously turn on the stirring switch to ensure the stirring paddle operates normally and the materials are mixed evenly.
2. During the heating process, constantly monitor the temperature display to ensure the temperature remains within the set range. If the temperature is too high, promptly adjust the temperature control knob; at the same time, observe the material condition to prevent the pan from burning, and if necessary, adjust the stirring speed.
3. For the steam heating model, it is necessary to regularly check the steam pressure and keep it within the range of 0.3 - 0.6 MPa to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure; for the electric heating model, observe the operation status of the heating tubes. If any abnormalities occur, immediately stop the machine for inspection.
4. After the material processing is completed, turn off the heating switch and the stirring switch. For the electric heating type, wait for the temperature to drop below 50℃. For the steam heating type, close the steam valve and wait until the pressure inside the pot returns to normal.
5. Discharge: For the tilting type, rotate the handle or press the electric tilt button to slowly tilt the pot, then pour the materials into the designated container; for the fixed type, open the discharge valve, control the discharge speed, and complete the discharge.
