Product Operate Guide
1. Start the equipment: After confirming that everything is ready, press the "one-click start" button on the control panel. The production line will automatically enter the联动 mode, and each equipment will start in sequence (washing machine → slicer → deep-frying machine → oil removal machine → cooling machine → seasoning machine → packaging machine). Once the equipment is running stably (the oil temperature reaches the set value and there are no abnormal noises in each component), start feeding materials.
2. Raw material feeding: Evenly place the processed bananas into the feeding port of the washing machine. Avoid overloading at one time (to prevent blockage). The washing machine will automatically complete the rinsing and draining process and then transfer the bananas to the slicer.
3. Slicing and Frying: The slicing machine automatically slices the bananas according to the set thickness. The banana slices pass through the conveying belt and enter the frying machine. They are fried at the set temperature and for the set time. During the frying process, the equipment automatically filters out the impurities in the oil to prevent the oil from deteriorating.
4. Deoiling and Cooling: The fried banana slices are sent to the deoiling machine, where the excess oil on the surface is removed through centrifugal deoiling technology (deoiling rate ≥ 85%). Then they enter the cooling machine, where they are rapidly cooled by air cooling and water cooling (3-5 minutes) to lock in their crispy texture.
5. Seasoning and Packaging: The cooled banana slices enter the seasoning machine, which automatically evenly coats them with the seasoning powder. Then they are sent to the packaging machine, where the packaging specifications (such as 100g per bag, 200g per bag) are set according to the requirements. The automatic sealing and coding are completed, and the packaged products can then be taken out and stored in the warehouse.
6. Shutdown Procedure: After the production process is completed, press the "One-Click Shutdown" button. The equipment will stop running sequentially. Then, turn off the main power supply and the gas valve (if it is a gas-heated model). After the equipment cools down, perform cleaning and tidying up.
