The machine dewaters materials through an eccentric vibration device, quickly removing water droplets, shortening drying time and improving work efficiency. Materials can be packed directly or enter the air drying line, and the machine also features material screening and grading functions.
The LJ-2000 model has a large working table, enabling batch dewatering of vegetables and fruits. It can also be used for de-oiling fried foods, and can be connected with washing, peeling, cutting, packing and other processes to form a complete production line.
The machine mainly consists of a screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibration motor, motor base, damping springs and a bracket.
The screen box is made of steel plates of different thicknesses with good strength and rigidity. The screen frame is made of pine or low-deformation wood to keep the screen mesh flat. Screen mesh materials include low-carbon steel, brass, bronze and stainless steel wire.
The motor base is used to install the vibration motor. Screws must be tightened before use, especially for new machines, which require repeated tightening three days before trial operation to prevent loosening.
Damping springs support the weight of the screen box and isolate vibration, and must be installed perpendicular to the ground. The bracket is composed of four pillars and two channel steels.
