Product Operate Guide
Preparations before use: Safety inspection and initial debugging
1. Equipment and circuit inspection: Ensure that the 304 stainless steel structure of the entire machine is undamaged, that the frying basket and heating element are intact, that the power cord is undamaged and properly grounded, and that the power socket is compatible with the power consumption of the equipment.
2. Oil addition and calibration: Add food-grade cooking oil to the oil tank until it reaches the scale line (for 33L oil tank, it is recommended to add 25-30L)
3. Preheating Test: Set the preheating temperature (e.g., 160℃ for frying french fries, 180℃ for frying chicken), observe whether the heating tube is heating normally, and the oil temperature fluctuation should be controlled within ±1℃ to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
Manual Deep-Frying Mode
1. Switch to the manual frying mode, set the target oil temperature (ranging from room temperature to 260℃), press the heating button to increase the temperature, and it will automatically maintain the temperature once it reaches the set level.
2. Press the down button of the frying basket manually to start the frying process. The system will automatically start timing. Once the frying is completed, press the up button of the frying basket to end the process. This is suitable for scenarios where you need to temporarily adjust the frying parameters.
Cleaning and Maintenance After Use
1. After the frying process is completed, turn off the power supply. Wait until the oil temperature drops to normal, then open the oil drain valve to discharge the waste oil. Remove the detachable filter screen to clean the residue.
2. Wipe the inner walls of the oil tank and the frying basket with a neutral detergent. Avoid using a steel wool brush to scratch the stainless steel surface. After cleaning, dry them and set them aside for future use.
3. Regularly inspect the core components such as the thermostat and heating elements. If there is a significant deviation in oil temperature or heating failure, contact the after-sales service for repair immediately.
Safety Operating Precautions
1. During the frying process, it is strictly prohibited to leave the equipment. To prevent fires caused by excessively high oil temperatures, fire blankets and fire extinguishers should be available for emergency use.
2. The surface of the equipment is extremely hot. During operation, you must wear heat-insulating gloves to avoid direct contact with the frying basket and the outer wall of the oil cylinder.
3. In case of an oil pan fire, immediately turn off the power/gas valve, cover the oil pan with a fire blanket to extinguish the fire, and do not pour water directly.
