This set is a streamlined and efficient puffed food seasoning production line, specially designed for small snacks such as crispy rice, potato chips, shrimp crackers, crispy crisps, twists, etc. It consists of four parts: elevator → weighing hopper → seasoning machine → conveyor. It has a compact structure, small footprint, and simple operation. It realizes automatic feeding, quantitative feeding, uniform seasoning, and continuous discharging and packaging integrated operations. It is suitable for use in small and medium-sized food factories and supporting puffing hosts.
Material hoist It adopts bucket/belt type lifting, and the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets food hygiene requirements. Smooth feeding, no breakage or jamming, automatically transports puffed semi-finished products to the weighing hopper, reducing manual handling. It is highly customizable and can be directly connected to the outlet of the upstream extruder or fryer.
Weighing hopper (quantitative feeding) Equipped with weighing/material level control, it can achieve quantitative and uniform feeding to avoid the seasoning machine feeding too much or too little. Ensure uniform and stable seasoning to prevent over salty, over bland and uneven coating. The discharging speed can be adjusted to adapt to different outputs and the operation is more stable.
Seasoning machine (core equipment) Commonly used octagonal barrel seasoning machines/single drum seasoning machines can be equipped with oil injection devices: Automatically spray oil and sprinkle powder simultaneously to complete seasoning in one go. The inside of the drum is gently stirred, resulting in low material breakage and keeping the shape intact and crispy. It supports spicy, barbecue, seaweed, tomato, cheese and other flavors, and it is easy to change the flavor and clean. The seasoning is highly uniform and the finished product has a consistent taste.
Finished product conveyor Directly receive seasoned snacks and smoothly transport them to the entrance of the packaging machine. The speed is adjustable and matches the speed of the entire line to achieve continuous production. An air-cooling section can be installed to quickly cool down and prevent the product from softening and adhesion.
